General Tso's Chicken

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and cornstarch. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. In another bowl, mix the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and vegetable broth.
  4. In the same pan, add the garlic, ginger, and red chili peppers. Cook for a minute.
  5. Add the sauce to the pan and stir to coat the chicken.
  6. Serve the chicken with the sauce, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
